Non-Immigrant Visa "B / IB" (For investment)

Documents required

• Passport or travel document with validity of not less than 6 months prior to departure and its copy
• Three completed visa application forms
• Three recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant
• Proof of residence in Nepal (for non-Nepali passport holders only)
• A copy of confirmed airline ticket indicating the date of arrival to Thailand and departure from Thailand
• A copy of updated bank statement with a minimum balance of THB 500,000 (approximately NR 2,000,000) maintaining in bank account in the last 6 months
• Evidence of ownership of condominium or apartment in Thailand with a minimum amount of THB 3,000,000 OR Evidence of saving accounts in Thailand of at least THB 3,000,000 OR Evidence of purchase of Thai Government bonds with a minimum amount of THB 3,000,000
• Confirmed accommodation under the applicant’s name for the duration of intended stay in Thailand
• Visa fee
