Non-Immigrant Visa "B / IB" (For Employment)
Documents required
- Passport or travel document with validity of not less than 6 months prior to departure and its copy
- Three completed visa application forms
- Three recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant
- Proof of residence in Nepal (for non-Nepali passport holders only)
- A copy of confirmed airline ticket indicating the date of arrival to Thailand
- Evidence of adequate finance, e.g. an updated 6-month bank statement with a minimum blance of THB 20,000 (NPR 80,000) per person and THB 40,000 (NPR 160,000) per family
- An ORIGINAL Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labor and Alien Income Tax return (Por Ngor Dor 91), OR Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labor (To obtain this letter, the applicant’s prospective employer in Thailand is required to submit Form WP3 at the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labor, or at the Provincial Employment Office in the employer’s respective province), OR Letter from Thailand’s Board of Investment, together with the approved name list of aliens.
- An ORIGINAL Cover Letter from the applicant’s employer/host company/organization in Thailand stating the applicant’s position, length of employment, salary, date and purpose of visit. If the applicant is a business owner, please provide relevant documents.
- A SIGNED ORIGINAL Employment contract by both parties stating applicant's position, length of employment, salary, etc.

- Corporate documents of associated partners/companies in Thailand, such as business registration and business license, list of shareholders, company profile, details of business operation, list of foreign workers stating names, nationalities and positions, map indicating the location of the company, balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30) of the latest year, Alien Income Tax return (Por Ngor Dor 91) and Value-Added Tax registration (Por Ngor Dor 20)
