On 12 October, 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy, Kathmandu organised a merit making activity and a wreath-laying ceremony on Nawamindra Maharaj Day in remembrance of  His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great 13 October 2023. Ms. Manusavee Monsakul, Charge d'affaires led the Embassy's  officials and spouses to join the ceremony and stand in silence for 89 seconds to pay tribute to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
