1. The Embassy processes visa applications by appointment only. To receive an appointment, please follow the instructions below:

• Register your desire to submit documents for a visa by providing

        (1) name-surname (as written in passport)

        (2) passport number

        and send it via e-mail to [email protected]

2. It is recommended that applicants plan the trip carefully in advance and submit a request for a visa at least 10 WORKING DAYS prior to a departure date.
3. Upon receiving the email, the Embassy aims to reply within 3 working days.
4. After receiving the appointments, applicants must submit all required documents in person at the Royal Thai Embassy, Kathmandu, during visa hours between 0900-1130 hrs. on the Embassy’s working days.
5. Applicants who do not have complete required documents will have to re-submit the email for a new appointment date.
