On 12 October, 2022, the Royal Thai Embassy in Kathmandu organised a merit making activity and a wreath-laying ceremony in remembrance of  His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great 13 October 2022. Ambassador Vosita Vorasaph led the Embassy's  officials and spouses to join the ceremony and stand in silence for 89 seconds to pay tribute to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
