‘Renim Project’ an up and coming fashion brand by ‘Yo Songwut Thongtua’, who became an overnight sensation from the ‘Vogue Who’s on Next’ project. His brand focuses on creating products under the concept of sustainability by turning old clothes, old denims and even discarded fertilizer bags into hip street wears that are environmentally friendly. Among these is the eye catching ‘Under Cover’ collection that was inspired by the life and the outfits of construction workers who are behind Bangkok high rises. Songwut’s creation combines contemporary Thai with a sense of fun and answers the quest for sustainable fashion, which landed the brand in the 2019 LA Fashion Week, making ‘Renim Project’ one of the SME brands to make a name for Thailand in the international sustainable fashion scene.
